We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gamparts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981
Warranty Terms
We believe in our product and confident our high-quality products that we offer.
All products are tasted and designed for off road uses and compatible per machine.
Most of our products come with 1-year warranty.

GAM its products to be free of defects in material and manufacturing for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
This does not apply to electrical components, non-GAM branded parts, OEM primary and secondary clutches, normal
wear or conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or
alteration.
WHEEL SHAFTS & CV Joints: GAM Wheel shafts and CV Joints that are determined to have a defect in material or
manufacturing will be replaced at no charge within 60 days of original purchase date. After 60 days and up to 1 year of the
original purchase date a $20 fee will be charged for replacement. GAM Wheel shafts and CV Joints are designed for
use on STOCK machines. If your machine is lifted in any way this may result in failure of the component that is
not covered by warranty. A lifted machine results in a more severe CV joint angle and our replacement components are
not designed to tolerate this increase in angle and may fail. Upon inspection, if any of the related signs of over-extended
angles are present, the warranty will be void. Customer is responsible for shipping the failed component to GAM for
warranty inspection. This one year warranty does not apply to damages caused by removal of parts, modifications to the
product, normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents, improper use of the product, improper installation of the
product, misuse, neglect or improper maintenance. The one (1) year does not cover use of the product for racing or other
competitive activities. The warranty does not apply to rental or commercial purpose uses.
Normal wear items: Normal Wear Items are not covered under warranty unless, within 1 year of original PURCHASE
date, the GAM part fails due to a defect in material or manufacturing. In this case, a replacement part will be provided by
GAM upon inspection. Normal wear items include but are not limited to: Ball joints, belts, brake pads and shoes, brake
rotors, bearings, carbide runners, clutch rebuild kits, CV boots, seals, springs, suspension rebuild kits & components,
slides, tie rod ends and u- joints, Air filters, Radiators.
Electrical components are not covered under any warranty and cannot be returned once installed or connected to
power.
GAM reserves the right to make the determination if the part has been subject to normal wear, misuse, abuse, negligence,
accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration, and all such determination shall be final.
All warranty claims will be handled directly by GAM. To obtain service under this warranty please contact GAM for
return authorization. Cost of removal, reinstallation, product pick-up and delivery are the sole responsibility of the
original owner.
GAM distributors will be in charge of handing directly warranty claims for their customers.
Retail customers must provide proof of purchase within 1 year for warranty to be honored.
